Job description:

MoneyLion is seeking a Product Manager as part of the Wealth Management & Investments team, who is passionate about re-imagining the delivery of financial products to consumers in today’s digital society. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the implementation of new offerings and features within the MoneyLion personal-finance ecosystem, with a specific focus on the Firm’s newly launched and rapidly growing wealth management and investing offerings, including both managed ETF portfolios and building out a new self-directed trading capability. The candidate should have experience working as a product manager and be familiar with the full product management life cycle from planning to requirements development and design through implementation and data analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Own new product definition and development, from initial requirements to product launch, monitoring, and refinement
  • Have experience with UI/UX design and management
  • Strong project management practices
  • Work with senior management to define and track success criteria
  • Work with design and engineering to craft a delightful user experience
  • Collaborate with Cross functional teams (Business, Marketing, Design, Engineering, Legal)
  • Experience translating business requirements into functional specs for engineering partners
  • Work with engineering teams to lead sprint planning
  • Manage product roadmap and successful implementation of key projects
  • Attention to detail for continuous improvement of functionality and design
  • Drive successful integration with external partners
  • Leverage data and analytics tools to drive change across the platform

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years product management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree, with technical degree a plus
  • Previous work experience as a product manager within an internet based or technology focused firm
  • Experience with digital banking, investing, wealth management or asset management company, or related strategy consulting experience is a plus
  • Understanding of trade flows and money movement
  • Demonstrated success working on B2C products
  • Experience using analytics tools like SQL, Segment, JIRA, Periscope, Amplify, Leanplum, etc
  • Experience with or and understanding of API and Microservice technology.
  • Strong analytical skills a must
  • Strong presentation skills a must
  • Experience with behavior driven development and Agile methodologies
  • Basic programming / growth hacker skills a plus
