About the Role

The Marketing Project Coordinator reports to the VP of Marketing as a member of MoneyLion's Growth Team. This role assists in the definition, coordination, and implementation of growth marketing initiatives. The Marketing Project Coordinator serves as the interface between the Marketing, Product, Data Analytics, and Creative Teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, creating project timelines, maintaining detailed project plans and calendars, lead project and creative briefing meetings, and ensuring resource availability and allocation.
  • Prepares status reports on marketing efforts by communicating with appropriate marketing, product, and growth managers.
  • Ensures that all marketing projects are routed through the appropriate legal and regulatory compliance processes
  • Collaborates with various teams to ensure accurate completion and launch of projects.
  • Primary intake for all internal marketing requests
  • Develop marketing process and manage the day to day process and work output between team

About You

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 2-3 years relevant marketing or project management experience preferred, highly qualified entry-level applicants will be considered
  • Experience working with project management tools, including setting up workflows, assigning resources, and managing timelines
  • Experience running creative briefing meetings
  • Experience developing and maintaining vendor relationships
  • Ability to collaborate and manage projects effectively with both internal teams and external vendors
  • Ability to multitask and be flexible and nimble in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Communications and project coordination experience
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills, as well as a proven ability to take large problems and break them down into component pieces.
