About the Role

We’re looking for a high-energy, organized, analytical, and motivated operational expert to handle a wide array of business tasks alongside our CEO, COO, and MoneyLion’s broader Executive team. As Chief of Staff, your primary role will be assisting the CEO & COO in critical, day-to-day operational and executive work with the core goal of driving forward initiatives across MoneyLion.

To be successful, you’ll need strong business orientation, the ability to communicate across the org, and a strong focus on collaboration with counterparts within and across teams as you support initiatives that build on MoneyLion’s strong foundation, deliver measurable value to the company, and help it achieve its mission of helping hard-working Americans achieve their financial goals. The position is highly visible in the organization and involves frequent interaction with the senior executive team and all other Moneylion managers and stakeholders globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with our CEO and COO to manage and drive key operational initiatives across the business
  • Design and implement key operational processes across the company, ensuring full alignment and accountability across the organization
  • Prepare for and run key team meetings, including Leadership meetings, Company All Hands, and other ad-hoc strategy discussions
  • Collaborate with department leads & owners of key strategic initiatives to develop, track, and target team-wide success metrics across our quarterly operations reviews
  • Manage planning sessions, check-ins, and review meetings alongside the COO
  • Work directly with the executive team to prepare quarterly Board presentations and shareholder updates

About You

  • 7+ years of demonstrated success in a Chief of Staff, Business Operations, or Strategy Consulting-related role
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation skills - capable of developing and delivering compelling presentations and running efficient and productive meetings
  • Highly analytical, strategic, and creative thinker with strong business acumen and modeling skills
  • Strong operational and strategy experience, preferably at a fast-growing company
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business insights and operational improvement in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
  • Ability to drive initiatives with minimal structure and be influential within the organization to garner internal support for initiatives
