About the Role
Reporting to the COO, you’ll help drive strategic execution across MoneyLion’s initiatives. You will sit at the intersection of operations, analytics, finance, product management, and go-to-market, working closely with internal stakeholders to identify and solve complex strategic and operational business problems. The ideal candidate will have already worked in a high-performing Business Ops function and knows what “great” looks like, yet be adaptable to MoneyLion’s current size and scope. We’re also looking for someone who is highly strategic, analytical and structured, has strong EQ, and can execute flawlessly.
