About the Role

The Director of Product, Banking, spearheads new features and functionality within the MoneyLion personal-finance ecosystem, enabling us in building a world-class borrowing, banking, and investing platform for the financial middle class.

Key Responsibilities

  • Point person for product initiatives, user experiences, and systems in Banking
  • Internal expert on their product, its operations and systems, user behavior and motivations, and positioning in the marketplace
  • Spearheads the product definition and development process, from discovery to design to launch and optimization
  • Collaborates with colleagues in engineering to design early in the process to set strategy, approach, and priorities
  • Drives and facilitates collaboration and alignment across the company, including senior management, to achieve product outcomes
  • Captures and shares the product vision, strategy, goals, and roadmap to teams across the company

About You

  • 8+ years product management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree; technical degree a plus
  • Previous work experience at a digital banking, investing, or wealth management company
  • Demonstrated success working on B2C products
  • Experience using analytics tools like SQL, Segment, Periscope, Mixpanel, Leanplum, etc
  • Strong analytical skills a must
  • Experience with behavior-driven development and Agile methodologies
  • Basic programming/growth hacker skills a plus
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the SEC, FINRA, and FDIC regulatory environment a plus
