MoneyLion is looking for a graphic designer to help execute, administer, optimize and manage lifecycle engagement campaigns. We are looking for an individual who can work well across teams as well as work independently under minimal supervision and has exceptional creative ideation and evaluation skills. He or she should be able to demonstrate graphic design skills with a strong portfolio and is up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Corel etc)

What you’ll do

  • Responsible for conceptualization, design and production of customer lifecycle/marketing campaigns including product newsletters, banners, cards and related materials.
  • Create high-end quality designs, eg. graphics, mock-ups, layouts, templates and infographics in a fast-pace and process-driven environment, to meet deadlines.
  • Works closely with copywriters, marketing executives and project managers to produce designs that adhere to MoneyLion's branding guidelines which compels users to take actions.

What we’re looking for

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign. Knowledge in After Effects is a plus.
  • Able to churn out high quality and pixel perfect designs catered for multiple devices. Knowledge of printed design is definitely a plus.
  • Creativity coupled with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong portfolio with a variety of design work both online and printed.
  • Understanding of art and design fundamentals with an eye for details.
  • Proactive, able to work independently and prioritise effectively.
  • Able to maintain quality across high volumes of work with tight deadlines.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Good grasp of language and able to communicate and articulate ideas well.
