About the Role

The Senior Marketing Analytics Manager, Lifecycle Marketing manages marketing analytics for omni-channel programs at all stages of the customer journey, in order to improve key customer metrics: activation, spend, retention, and reactivation. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with Product, Creative, Analytics, and Engineering teams to achieve aggressive growth targets. This role will be measured through the ability to drive customer engagement, product usage, retention, lifetime value, and revenue growth, as part of Lifecycle team goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the full cross-functional team (product, engineering, compliance, risk, marketing and customer operations) as well as external vendors and partners to execute on the strategic vision and drive day to day operational results
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Data Science teams, and other stakeholders to develop engaging and effective lifecycle campaigns.
  • Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards that reflect lifecycle marketing funnel stages through Amplitude and Periscope.
  • Manage relationship with the Engineering team to optimize existing segment events for lifecycle campaigns.
  • Ensure that all campaigns are built and executed in line with brand standards.
  • Manage list growth strategies, such as segmentation, personalization, and monitoring subscriber health
  • Lead product transactional comms and regulatory comms
  • Responsible for Lifecycle App Store Optimization (ASO), Trustpilot/BBB/Wallethub and NPS review strategies and reporting

About You

  • 6-8 years relevant marketing experience preferred, highly qualified entry level applicants will be considered
  • Strong analytical skills and deep experience with data analysis and report building
  • Experience working with email marketing platform, including managing campaigns, creating journeys, setting up A/B tests, and reporting results
  • Strong project management, execution and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of email and mobile marketing trends
  • Passion for understanding the customer and finding solutions to improve their experience
  • Ability to multitask and be flexible and nimble in a fast-paced startup environment
  • A team player that can work with multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals
