About the Role

MoneyLion is looking for a seasoned Fraud & Identity leader who is data-driven and has strong analytical & technical skills. In this role, you will report to our Chief Product Officer and lead the team on developing fraud strategies and policies for the entire MoneyLion ecosystem of products. You’ll work closely with product, data engineering, AI, and data analytics teams and will interact with business stakeholders across many departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the Fraud & Identity product roadmap for a cross-functional team of PMs, engineers, data scientists, designers, and operators
  • Partner with Product Managers across the company to guide and develop new products.
  • Identify emerging fraud prevention capabilities (e.g via banks, vendors, partners), build business cases, and define product vision and strategy
  • Design A/B tests and develop strategies to optimize limits and policies and help members access money faster and easier in a seamless way
  • Collaborate with various data teams to build data infrastructure and establish reporting dashboards that will help senior management understand risk trends and exposures.
  • Articulate and design customer experiences that make our users (including internal customers) smile
  • Understand customer pain points, come up with solutions, and then prototype, iterate, and launch frequently

About You

  • 10+ years of product management, analytics or development experience in the tech industry
  • 5+ or more years of experience in building Fraud & Identity products in rapidly scaling companies
  • Deep domain experience in Fraud & Identity with experience defining strategic vision and tactical execution to build large scale payments platforms
  • Bring grit, a willingness to roll up your sleeves, and be a hands-on help to your team
  • Pay great attention to detail. Pixel perfect isn’t an ideal, it is a requirement
  • Be entrepreneurial, driven, passionate about our mission, and have deep empathy for our customers
  • Experience in effectively working with multiple teams for collaboration and company-wide project delivery
